A Little Bit About James

James brings a dynamic, data-driven approach to revenue growth and client strategy as an Account Executive at JK&L. James graduated from Anderson University with a background in Marketing and Sales, honing his competitive drive and leadership both in the classroom and as an NCAA Division II Lacrosse student-athlete and NCAA Dll Tournament semifinalist.

Throughout his academic and early career, James demonstrated exceptional performance in high-stakes sales environments. Notably, he placed 35th out of 485 top contenders at the prestigious Northeast Intercollegiate Sales Competition (NISC) hosted at Bryant University, distinguishing himself as one of only 20 competitors to advance across both competition tracks. His practical expertise spans full-funnel marketing strategies, including multi-channel digital advertising (Social and CTV), search engine optimization (SEO), out of home (OOH), and print media. His hands-on achievements include leading the strategic turnaround for the "Save the Brand" campaign and operating a Fortune 500 business simulation where he managed multi-functional resource allocations to drive revenue profitability, community impact, and market performance.

James holds industry-recognized certifications in Google Analytics, HubSpot Marketing Software, Semrush SEO Essentials, and Semrush Keyword Research Essentials. He built his customer-centric foundation early in retail and customer service before advancing into B2B manufacturing staffing sales across West Coast markets.

Passionate about personal development and community growth, James puts energy and commitment into everything he does whether partnering with client accounts at JK&L or enjoying sports, video games, and movies in his spare time.
